Almond Joy

The coveted Almond Joy is my favorite candy bar.  It has the only three things one needs in a candy bar:  Chocolate, coconut, and almonds.  The mixture of the ingredients creates a taste so unique and satisfying, one is never enough.  The rival of the Almond Joy is its brother/rival, the Mounds.  In its own right Mounds is a great candy bar.  For those who are allergic to nuts and prefer dark chocolate it is a godsend, allowing these people to get the satisfaction of chocolate and coconut, even if the almonds are not present.  I must however stand firm on my opinion that in the family of Almond Joy and Mounds, Mounds is in fact the red-headed step child.  It does not live up to the expectations that its sibling has created.  Mounds included, the only way a candy bar can be better than an Almond Joy is to in fact be an Almond Joy.

Judgement

Throughout my life I have been a very judgmental person.  I judge people for any and every reason I can find (quietly to myself of course).  The thing I have learned about judgment of others is that it really is a reflection of my own fears and insecurities.  I feel that by judging someone, I can effectively separate myself from the people or behaviors that I am afraid would embarrass me or make me feel inadequate.  This of course is complete nonsense, as judgment is reserved for God alone.  I am learning to notice when I am judging and working on correcting the behavior inside my head.  Judgment of others is a defense mechanism that has served me well, but needs to be dismissed from my behavior.

Idiot Liberals

The United States of America is going down the toilet, and the liberals flushed it.  The democrats(especially "President" Obama), simply refuse to acknowledge that their ideas and beliefs are socialistic and have been employed by countries who envy us.  The US has become a world superpower not by paying for well-fare and free health-care and government control of businesses, but rather as a result of capitalism.  The free-market economy brought us into the light and to the head of the pack.  Those that favored socialism (Russia, much of Europe) have not achieved anything compared to the United States.  So why does the President want to change that?  Since Obama has been in office the national debt has gone up, jobs have gone down, the economy has gotten worse, and as of now there is no light at the end of the tunnel.
